Rooms

A common living room, a common kitchen and a large terrace. This building can be rented all year round even independently. Should you be interested for the rental of the whole building, please ask for special conditions. 

Family rooms in this building with the following arrangement:

• 1. Living room with sofa bed, television. Two double rooms (one with double bed, one with twin beds). Bathroom with shower, toilet. Balcony overlooking to the pool.
• 2. Two bedrooms connected to each other. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The balcony faces South. Air conditioning is supplied.
• 3. Family room with two bedrooms connected to each other. Bathroom with shower, separated toilet. Balcony faces West.
• 4. Family room is on the ground floor: Two separate double rooms open from a little foreground,  a bathroom with bath and shower, and a separated toilet.

In the other building there are 8 rooms on 2 floors, and here is the common breakfast room, the sauna, solarium, massage room, too.

Rooms in this building:

First floor:

• 5. Two bedrooms- connected to each other- family room with one toilet and one bathroom with shower. Balcony faces West. Air conditioning is supplied.
• 6. Two bedrooms triple family room with bathroom equipped with shower and toilet. Balcony is facing East overlooking to the garden.
• 7. Room with one area for 2 people with bathroom equipped with shower and toilet. Balcony faces East. Room Nr. 6 and 7 have a common balcony.
• 8. Smaller rooms recommended for children or for one person. The room has one area, a double bed, the bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. Balcony faces South.

Second floor:

• 9. Two separate double rooms open from a little foreground and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Balcony has a western aspect. Air conditioning is supplied.
• 10. One bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet open from a foreground. Balcony faces South. Air conditioning is supplied.
• 11. One bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet open from a foreground. Balcony faces South. Air conditioning is supplied.
• 12. Two separate double rooms open from a foreground and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Balcony faces East. Air conditioning is supplied.

To each room belongs a fridge which is in the breakfast room. In the rooms Nr. 9 and 12 fridges are in the room.
Each room has a fan.
Baby equipment free of charge: microwave, baby bath with rack, baby phone, baby monitor, potty, playpen, baby cot with bed linen, highchair.
